Our Support Plans offer peace of mind and a choice to suit you, depending on the critical nature of your home automation system.
We automatically include our Silver support package, with your purchase price for the first 12 months after installation. You can upgrade your support plan at any time, should you wish to receive a guaranteed-on site response time.
The major benefit to upgrading is our ability to pro-actively fix issues you may not be aware of. During our Health Check visits, we assess all the logs and identify any issues that the system has had since our last visit. We can either fix these issues where possible or advise what can be done to prevent them happening again. It also delivers free remote log in repairs during working hours that delivers fast solutions to many issues. To top it all off we offer an amount of free call outs, increased discounts on our labour, as well as discount on future orders.
If your system was not installed by Harbour, don’t worry, we would be happy to offer you our market leading service too, we would require a visit to your home to understand your system.
Our support packages are simple and straight forward. They have been designed to ensure that when you need a guaranteed rapid response time, we are there for you.
Monitoring Service
We offer a professional cloud-based solution that helps us monitor your devices in the home and provide you with the best in customer care. We are notified of issues within the home automation and AV system, in many cases even before you are aware of the problem. It provides us with advanced remote access to your system and saves you time and money on unnecessary call outs, as it allows our team, with your permission, to dial in and in many cases, rectify the issues.
We provide you with an app that allows you to fix minor problems conveniently via our app. We see all this activity so we can discuss preventative solutions and how to implement them for you.
This service is £2,400 + VAT per annum plus any equipment required. The monitoring service is included in Platinum support plans.
